This skill is similar to a lunge, except youвЂ™ll need plenty of speed to perform this one. The ball should be hit at least 4-5 feet away from you, and be sure you are in the air when you strike the ball for the cut. As the defender moves in on the ball, youвЂ™ll want to hop forward, then strike the ball with the inside of your foot and cut it behind your standing leg.
